tallis staff conference
This page contains reflections on two sessions called 'play and talk' that I ran at the 2012 Tallis staff conference. The main theme of the sessions was to think about how we can use play to improve communication and learning in the classroom. A sub-theme was how co-operation could be more beneficial to learning than competition (discuss!).
Thanks to Michael Bennett and Sharon Gallagher for helping prepare the sessions, and thanks to everyone who took part for being so enthusiastic and making it fun.

session 2

feedback
Participants wrote feedback on cards about which bits of the session they liked most and what they will take from the sessions to use in their teaching.. We put them together to make a card tower. Thanks for all the lovely feedback everyone!
